This role requires strong observation skills, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to a variety of situations. What We Offer Competitive wages (based on site rate)Uniforms provided at no costDevelopment and training through Paladin’s Learning Management SystemOpportunities for career growth in the field or corporateExclusive discounts with company partnersResponsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients and patronsConduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches, and note any concernsAttend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional mannerDe-escalate crisis situations, provide support and liaise with emergency personnel including police, fire and paramedic resourcesExercise crowd control and evict trespassersWrite clear and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability and day to day reportsProvide first aid and medical response when required to any person(s)Qualifications Valid BC Security Licence Valid Basic First Aid is an assetBC Class 5 driver’s licenseReliable transportation (site-dependent)Strong communication and report-writing skillsAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureAbility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)Previous security or customer service experienceExperience with patrols, access control, and CCTV systems  #KS
