Join and become part of the hardest working team in Whitby for the summer of 2025 We will be transforming the homes of your local neighbours and we're looking for team players who are driven, results oriented, and excited to make the most out of your summer.We provided professional level quality home services including painting/staining services for both interior and exterior projects - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - although it is a bonus We want our clients to fall back in love with their home and be in AWE of the before and after transformation.We are currently offering both full time and part time positions to the most motivated, willing and coachable individuals to join our dynamic team.We want you to be PROUD of the work that you produce.Take ownership.  Requirements: · Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary), you will be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects and will be a pro in no time· Must have own car or reliable transportation· Positive attitude· Reliable and hardworking· Strong communication skills· Coachable Responsibilities:· Responsible for the overall completion of projects.Start to finish completion at a highstandard of quality, and in a timely manner· Maintain a clean and organized site and project·  Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crewchiefs and business owner · Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighbourhood around work site Compensation: · $17.50-$25/hr depending on experience and responsibility· Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions Benefits: · Bonus incentives/opportunities for advancement + tips from clients· Improve leadership & communication skills for the future· Get to work outside· Opportunities to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directlyfrom the business owner· Meet and work with amazing people within a culture of like-minded individuals Resumes should be sent ASAP as positions are filling up quickly.
