You’ll be the leader of the pack, creating a colourful and energetic store environment that delights kids, parents, and everyone in-between. This FULL TIME Management role of 38 hours per week requires availability Tuesday through to Saturday, and public holidays. Keep the store looking fabulous by actioning visual merchandising directives and rolling out exciting promotions Tackle stock management like a pro—Smiggle’s got lots of tiny treasures, so managing stock and minimising loss is key to maximising sales Create a safe, happy and welcoming environment where customers and team members feel like they’ve just stepped into a Smiggle wonderland. Create rosters that keep the store running smoothly and ensure the team is always supported during those peak trading times What You’ll Bring Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous retail leadership experience. Passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
