The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day operational IT systems at our Mississauga site. This includes activities and technology associated in our warehouse, front office, on-site network support contact, and business applications support. The IT Operations Analyst is responsible to work directly with third party vendors to support all outsourced agreements.What Will You Do?1. Maintains the daily operational support for the IT systems throughout the site. This role will monitor performance, proactively look at areas for improvement and lead all issue resolution.2. Acts as first line of support for issue resolution3. Troubleshoot day to day issues, identify root causes, escalate as necessary4. Supports operations to identify process changes, support business objectives and drive efficiency. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related, or equivalent combination in education and experienceExperience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT.
