Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Lead Steward is responsible for supervising and organizing utility workers in order to  maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety and hygeine standards in the kitchen, banquets, and restaurant areas.The Lead Steward will:Maintain cleanliness and hygeine in kitchen, banquets and restaurant areasEnsure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working orderAssist kitchen staff with preparations and organizationProperly sort and dispose of waste and recyclablesWash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen itemsEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulations (HACCP Kitchen)Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to supervisorsAssist with catering functions and events as needed.
