Job Details Employment type: freelance Location: remote Hours per week: part-time hours, flexible Role Description and Expectations As a Print Production Manager, you bring creative concepts to life through expert print execution. You'll consult with creative teams, define specifications, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners—including clients, printers, and vendors—to ensure seamless production. In Print Production, we frame our search and our requirements for the position from our guiding principles of Delivery, Chemistry, and Mastery.Delivery is our commitment to doing what we say we will, when we say we will. Project Management: Oversee multiple print projects of varying complexity Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, PMs, vendors, and suppliers to align on budgets, timelines, and production requirements Strategic Execution: Reverse engineer creative concepts into actionable production strategies Specifications & Estimates: Define detailed specs, source suppliers, and submit timely production estimates. Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery by managing scope, vendor relationships, and approvals Studio Coordination: Set up studio tasks, oversee deliverables, and approve proofs alongside art directors Vendor Relations: Identify and negotiate with suppliers as needed, issue purchase orders, and manage print approvals Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot challenges, proactively resolve issues, and ensure production qualityChemistry is your way; it's how you interact and relate with others; our clients, suppliers and ourselves.

Excellent organization, strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent ability to manage and grow relationships with both internal and external partners Knowledge of paper and print technologies including litho, digital/POD, web and inline capabilities Knowledge of digital pre-press Proficiency in Google Suite, Acrobat Pro, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Education
BA/BS degree is required Certified Print Production accreditation is an asset, but not requiredExperience
You have 10+ years of experience as a print production manager within an agency Experience using GSuite and Acrobat Pro is required Pharma/Healthcare experience is an asset Print and Lettershop experience is preferred Integrated Production experience is an asset #LI-ML1 #LI-Remote What makes Klick different?
