We pride ourselves on quality, teamwork, and creating a workplace people genuinely enjoy coming to every day.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg facility. You'll oversee inventory, shipping, and logistics while supporting production and service teams and driving efficiency through continuous improvement.What You'll Be DoingSupervise daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and space managementOptimize picking processes to support production workstationsProcess and document reports accurately (cycle counts, inventory, safety incidents, damaged goods)Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery and coordinate maintenanceSupport logistics and transportation to customers and company facilitiesAssist with quality inspections of incoming goodsApply LEAN tools and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and surrounding areasOrder and manage warehouse supplies and inventory levelsProvide hands-on support with material handling (lifting up to 50 lbs)What You Bring5 years of experience leading hourly employees in a warehouse environment is required.Associate's degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent experience is required.Recent forklift experienceStrong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with warehouse procedures and safety practicesAbility to operate material handling equipmentVendor management experience is an assetWhy ODRA Stands OutClean, well-organized work environmentSupportive, hands-on leadershipConsistent day shift with predictable hoursA growing company with long-term stabilityReal opportunities to grow as the company grows Job Posted by ApplicantPro
