Job DescriptionAs a loader operator, you will be responsible for the complete snow removal activities of the pre-designatedlocation in a timely and organized manner. You’ll be a front-line employeewho provides exceptional care.The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to snow removal and landscapemaintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may includeother lawn care duties when not focused on snow removal work.You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physicalwork, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds oftenYou ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.How We Measure SuccessAttendance: Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Servicegoals.
