Our mission is to make every league night the best night of the week for our athletes.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Junior Content Operations Manager is responsible for the execution and quality control of Brodie League’s content and league graphics operations.This is an operations role, not a creative role.You will ensure that every game night, media day, and league milestone is consistently captured, delivered, reviewed, and ready for posting on time and at the Brodie Standard.You will coordinate and manage Content Operations Specialists, photographers, videographers, and creative partners to ensure content and graphics execution is structured, predictable, and accurate.Your mission: manage the content operations engine that ensures athletes are consistently seen, celebrated, and excited to relive their best moments.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESContent Execution & ReliabilityEnsure photo and video content is captured and delivered for all scheduled game nights and media daysMaintain consistent standards for coverage, turnaround time, organization, and usabilityOwn the weekly and seasonal content execution cadence so delivery is calm, predictable, and professionalContent Operations SystemsBuild and maintain workflows, timelines, and checklists that make content execution repeatableEnsure content processes are documented, clear, and actively followedReduce reliance on last-minute fixes or individual heroics through structure and disciplineStaffing & CoordinationSchedule and manage Content Operations Specialists (COS), photographers, and videographersTrack attendance, reliability, and performanceAddress issues early and escalate or replace resources when standards are not metQuality Control & ReportingReview content for completeness, organization, and readiness for postingTrack key execution metrics including coverage completion, on-time delivery, and reworkCommunicate clearly with the Senior Operations Manager when issues or trends ariseLeague GraphicsOwn the execution, accuracy, and timeliness of all league graphicsCoordinate timelines, reviews, and approvals for regular season, playoffs, Finals, All-Star, and league awardsEnsure accuracy in names, stats, logos, and formatting before postingREQUIREMENTSHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedComfortable coordinating people, timelines, and systemsAble to hold contractors and teammates accountable in a professional mannerComfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving partsPrior experience in sports, media, operations, or coordination roles is an asset5 days in office at our Toronto HQ - Brodie has thrived due to a culture of collaboration and teamwork in officeCompensation DisclosureThe expected annual compensation range for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000 CAD. Compensation is based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
