From managing inventory levels to assembling and issuing precise job kits, your expertise will directly support production efficiency and project execution. You’ll play a hands-on role in organizing purchased and manufactured parts, receiving incoming goods, and maintaining accurate inventory records within our ERP system. In this pivotal support role, you’ll collaborate with project leads, inventory managers, and cross-functional teams to uphold our standards of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll also contribute to the enhancement of material control processes, promoting safe and streamlined operations that align with BOS’s commitment to excellence in automation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our manufacturing operations and grow within a company dedicated to innovation, precision, and teamwork.RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate Material Flow & Inventory Accuracy: Manage the movement, organization, and documentation of materials using our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and availability to support production schedules.Assemble and Maintain Job Kits: Build and issue complete job kits by organizing purchased and manufactured components, collaborating with project leads to align with build timelines.Optimize Inventory Control & Material Handling: Monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and propose improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, reduce material waste, and support lean practices.Promote Operational Safety & Workplace Standards: Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment while adhering to all company safety procedures and compliance protocols.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration & Improvement: Communicate effectively with purchasing, production, and project teams to resolve material issues, support workflow efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.This description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions, it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
