Whether it’s repairing a fire-damaged home or rebuilding a flooded business, your craftsmanship will help families and property owners move forward.As a Construction/Carpenter, you’ll be a key member of our rebuild team, bringing precision, care, and leadership to every job. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior projects—from drywall and trim to decks and siding—making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.We offer competitive pay, company-paid benefits for qualifying employees, and opportunities to grow your skills through certification and training.What You’ll Do Perform finishing work including drywall, painting, trim, and cabinet repairs. Apply stipple and texturing as part of finishing work. Replace kickboards, gables, and other structural elements. Install doors, windows, and other fixtures. Complete exterior repairs including siding, roofing, stucco, soffits, fascia, decks, and fences. Lead small teams or work independently to complete rebuild projects. Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency remediation work. What We’re Looking For Strong finishing and carpentry skills. Ability to plan and execute jobs with minimal supervision. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire. Client-focused attitude and professional communication. Willingness to participate in the business’s on-call rotation—emergencies can happen any time of day, any day of the week. Assets That Will Set You Apart Remediation certifications in water, fire, or mould. General construction or restoration experience. Ownership of basic hand tools. Valid First Aid certification.
