If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences, we’d love to hear from youReporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Gas Bar Attendant plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service while maintaining a clean and safe environment. This includes operating fuel pumps, handling transactions, stocking inventory, and maintaining site standards.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers at the pumps, car wash, and propane stationOperate computerized cash registers and process payments accuratelyStock inventory, organize merchandise, and maintain product displaysEnsure the gas bar is clean, safe, and organized both inside and outsideFollow safety guidelines and uphold company policiesDeliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, promoting merchandise, and ensure customer needs, preferences, and expectations are metEducate customers on the benefits of membership in South Country Co-op Other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum 16 years of agePhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift 20–30 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally)Able to work in various weather conditionsBasic computer, calculator, and POS skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and a team playerPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and adaptWork Schedule:This position requires full availability, including days, evenings, and weekends.Why Work with Us?At South Country Co-op, we value our team members and are committed to their well-being and success.
