Paid training Health and Dental insurance Great culture and team dynamic Hourly pay: based on experience and certifications Essential Duties/Responsibilities Assist with drywall, plaster, texture, and paint repairs. Assist Carpenters - framing, cabinetry, roof construction, decks, and fences. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service. Help maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule as emergencies occur Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary. You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise. Competency – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn, develop and grow your skills in the carpentry trade. Ability to follow instruction and work well in a team.  Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check. Ability to operate a vehicle safely. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and safely. Strong work ethic and reliability. Maintain a level of confidentiality. Have the ability to work on rotation with an on-call schedule for emergencies. Ability to lift 50lbs frequently. Follow the Paul Davis Values, Vision, Mission, and 10 Serving Basics. All other duties as assigned.
