As a RCx and Energy Performance Specialist, you will be a strategic pillar of our implementation team. A passionate professional, you will actively contribute to our company's growth by leveraging your expertise.Working closely with our design and installation teams, you will be involved at every stage of our processes to ensure optimal delivery of guaranteed savings projects for our clients. You will work on large-scale mandates including major residential buildings, hotel complexes, and senior living facilities.What you'll accomplish with us Conduct on-site technical assessments of electromechanical systemsIdentify energy-saving opportunities by system typeContribute to the design of integrated energy solutions in accordance with Fusion standardsSupport the recommissioning of mechanical systemsPrepare commissioning and recommissioning reportsProvide post-commissioning follow-up and participate in the optimization of operational sequencesAssist in the development of processes to support company growthAct as a technical resource for the design teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Building Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Efficiency, Automation, or equivalent5 to 7 years of experience in a similar roleRequired: strong and proven knowledge of building mechanical systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating), particularly in the context of RCx projectsMajor asset: RCx certificationUnderstanding of building automation systemsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaborativelySolution-oriented mindsetProficiency in both French and English, spoken and writtenAdditional InformationWhat we offerSalary conditions will be determined based on experience; in addition, there is a range of benefits that contribute to overall well-being and health, including:Flexible group insurance program (health and dental insurance)Payment of membership fees for your professional associationA minimum of 3 weeks of vacationSocial activities throughout the yearFree coffee at the officeInternal training offered to all staffOnboarding program paired with a colleagueTelemedicine platformOur workspaces1429 Curé-Labelle Boulevard, Laval, Quebec H7V 2V9For more information about FusionOur website : www.fusionenergie.caLinkedIn : https://www.linkedin.com/company/fusion-energieInterested in the challenge?Apply online
