Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in QA Automation. Proficiency in Digital: Pega, Core Java, and Selenium. Experience in Pega and Selenium with Java, BDD Automation Framework. Strong understanding of test automation strategy and best practices. Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies. Proficiency in Client ALM, JIRA, and Confluence. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in collaborating with multiple teams for requirement clarification and automation approach. Ability to develop an optimized test coverage solution. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create and implement test automation strategies at a portfolio level. Collaborate with enterprise teams for framework selection and implementation. Coordinate with various teams to ensure clear requirement understanding. Develop automated testing solutions with a focus on optimized test coverage.
