In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. As a valued team member, you will ensure that our lobby, dining area, restrooms, and surrounding property are kept clean and inviting.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly, helpful attitudeClean and clear tables promptly and thoroughlyWipe down all surfaces including tables, chairs, windows, counters, and high-touch areasSweep and mop floors in the lobby and other customer-accessible areasClean and sanitize washrooms regularly and restock suppliesWash dishes and keep the dishwashing area clean and organizedMaintain cleanliness of the parking lot by sweeping and removing litterAssist team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experienceQualifications:Positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and customer service skillsWillingness to learn and follow safety and cleanliness standardsPhysical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
