You will engage in real-world problem solving and be immersed in social and educational opportunities with other representatives.  The contract is full-time, beginning in May and ending in August. Upon graduation, representatives may be eligible for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company.  This position reports to the Territory Sales Manager and works closely with the Territory Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and other teams from different functions.    What You’ll Be Brewing:   Experience sales team training to develop your professional skill set with a focus on sales and marketing, the consumer, and analytics    Merchandising - Setting up signage, merchandise and promotional materials at accounts and events.    Represent Molson Coors as a brand ambassador with our consumers, customers, and members within your community    Reporting – Understanding and identifying business performance, distribution and volume opportunities within on-premises customers.      You will be part of a small group that will be responsible to present key insights and recommendations to build on the role of SUMMER FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE, and present to MCBC Leaders at the end of the summer.   Key Ingredients:    You are a third or fourth year pursuing a University or College degree    You have the ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule if needed, including some evenings and weekends and light travel    You have a valid driver’s license with no limitations/restrictions.  You will be required to provide a recent copy of a Driver’s Abstract You have (or can get) your Smart Serve Certificate (or provincial equivalent)    You are a resident of (or familiar with) assigned territory    You have an innate ability to build empathy with consumers, in particular millennials and diverse consumers.      You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome    You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments    You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow         Beverage Bonuses:   Field sales summer representative will have access to a Molson vehicle for the summer to use for work purposes, Sales IPAD, & Cell phone $ budget, paid 20$/hour    We care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities      We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are     Engagement with a variety of Business Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization     Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunities    Work within a fast paced and innovative company, meeting passionate colleagues and partners with diverse backgrounds and experiences      Get a comprehensive understanding of Molson Coors’ corporate culture    Molson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.  We invite applications from candidates of all backgrounds, race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic.
