Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.
