This role is all about cultivating relationships and getting to the heart of what our customers are looking for in our technology. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and have a natural ability to build a rapport with customers, maintaining excellence in every interaction.Once trained, a Product Specialist will have an in-depth knowledge of the product and how it can be of benefit to lawyers. They will work closely with prospective customers during their Proof of Value (or trial) period, providing expert advice on their live projects or cases. Working alongside Account Executives, Product Specialists will help to convert prospects into customers. For existing customers, Product Specialists will assist Support and Technical Specialists to ensure a customer has a successful experience of the technology and help them to make the most of their AI technology investment.Responsibilities Work with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Values and manage live projects from planning stages to final review Act as an expert of Luminance’s technology and products, supporting the sales team in converting these prospects Understand the individual use cases, review requirements and needs of each prospect during the Proof of Value Be a trusted adviser and authority on the product to the prospect during the Proof of Value Product Specialists will work with Luminance Support and Technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issues for customers Design custom workflows and solutions for live cases Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline, with a 2:1 or above (UK) or GPA of 3.5 or above (US) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Articulate, charismatic and confident in a customer-facing role, with ability to present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines Organised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively
