This Seasonal position has an anticipated duration of February 2026 – August 2026. What You'll Do: Shipping: Day-to-day operations as required, ensuring customers’ products flow according to plan. Accurately pick orders in a safe, timely, and effective manner as per bill of lading. Ensure all orders are staged and checked for accuracy and efficiency. Load trailers as per order of delivery. Receiving: Receive product only destined for Nutrien Ag Solutions Warehouse. Inspect all received product for damages and transfer to assigned proper location within warehouse. Bill of Lading: Ensure paperwork is properly distributed. Ensure all information is legible and accurately filled out. Production: Prepare empties for bulk pours including labeling. Wash empties for bulk filling productions. Safety: Actively follow safety procedures for different types of equipment, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Participate in safety program to help reduce risk of injuries as well as loss or damage of company material equipment. Inspect equipment and facility for safety deficiencies, notifying Warehouse Manager immediately of risks for injuries or possible damages. Maintenance: Maintain warehouse in orderly fashion and ensure products are stored according to Agrichemical Warehousing Standards Association (AWSA). Monitor warehouse equipment by following company procedures and policies. Complete in-house repairs as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Inventory Counts: Ensure that physical product matches product on bills of lading when shipping and receiving. Assist with inventory counts as required for each customer as assigned by the Inventory Manager. What You'll Bring: High School diploma or equivalent certificate. An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions. Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish. Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completing share of workload. Attention to detail when completing paperwork for inventory counts. Ability to learn and regularly follow emergency response, safety, and warehouse operational procedures. Collaboration with team members in completing daily housekeeping tasks. Successfully complete training to safely operate a forklift (centering loads, maintaining visibility, proper refueling, and following work area speed limits). Previous equipment operation (forklift, skid steer, etc.) is an asset. Additional hours of work and shift rotations will be required during our peak season. Ready to make an impact with us?
