Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team in West Kelowna, BC Canada Team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse facility, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service and operational excellence.Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyReceive, count, and verify incoming vendor materials and customer returnsLoad and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipmentMaintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepanciesEnsure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouseCollaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlinesAssist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentPerform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfactionOperate warehouse management software for inventory tracking and order processingAdhere to all health and safety regulations and company policiesAssist with customer service at the counter as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operationsProficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyPhysical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory managementAbility to learn and operate warehouse management software systemsIntermediate math skills for inventory calculations and measurementsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedulesCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication skillsCommitment to maintaining a safe work environmentAdditional InformationSalary Range $42,000 - 45,000 plus benefits & profit-sharing opportunityWhy Join Our Team?EMCO Corporation is one of Canada’s largest integrated wholesale distributors of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products for the construction industry.
