The Director of Care anticipates, identifies and meets health needs of residents, ensuring the development, integration, and provision of a broad range of acute care services, facility-based services within a value-based and service driven corporate business plan.Starting salary will be approximately from $116,591 to $145,739 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions. Prince Rupert Regional Hospital is a 24-bed facility that sees an average of 22,000 ER visits per year. It is a fully equipped facility with Medical Imaging, Laboratory, ICU, ER and Maternity.
