Bilingual IT Solutions Architect

Job DescriptionCIMA+ is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Architect with more than 7 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will become a technical reference within the organization and will play a key role in the evolution of the internal digital ecosystem.Driven by curiosity, rigor, and initiative, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the firm’s technological development in an environment where entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovation are at the core of the company culture.Primary Responsibilities Understand business and technological needs of CIMA+ in order to maintain, optimize, and evolve the internal digital ecosystemAnalyze and master the existing solution architecture to ensure its consistency and long-term sustainabilityDesign and evolve solution and system architectures in alignment with existing technology platforms and the corporate IT strategyEvaluate, analyze, and recommend emerging technologies in support of the company’s innovation objectivesProduce functional specifications, concepts of operations, IT requirements, development standards—including low-code / no-code approaches—as well as integration standardsSimplify and structure complex technical content to facilitate understanding and effective communication with stakeholdersRigorously document deliverables and solutions developed or integrated into the digital ecosystemAct as a subject-matter expert and advisor to IT teams and internal partners in the development of solutions and deliverablesActively participate in the implementation of solutions, ensuring quality, compliance, and seamless integration of systems within the CIMA+ environmentSupport and guide IT project teams during system integration and deployment, including technical validation, inter-system automations, and the use of integration platformsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology Engineering, Software Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, Computer Science, or any other equivalent relevant educationMore than 7 years of experience in solution architecture, system architecture, or operating systems engineeringExperience in consulting services (an asset)Enterprise architecture certification (TOGAF, ArchiMate) — an assetMembership in the OIQ as a Professional Engineer — an assetBilingual (French/English), required to collaborate with teams across CanadaKnowledge and Areas of InterestERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or previous versionsArtificial intelligence environments: ChatGPT, Copilot, Google AI, etc.Containerization: DockerMicrosoft Power PlatformLow-code / no-code approachesDevOps methodologies: CI/CD, GitHubAzure cloud environmentsIntegration and data distribution platforms: Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Logic Apps) or equivalent competitorsAPI management servicesCommunication protocols and mechanismsIoT, Big DataProgramming languages: Python, C#For more information, you may contact Ibrahima Amadou LY#LI-HybridAt CIMA+, we value diversity of talent and perspective.
