Plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing, advertising, expenses, and inventory levels that support business growth and development. Maximize sales volume and profit performance of new vehicle sales. Train salespeople and other managers to execute a market-based price sales strategy while enforcing teamwork. Preparing management reports in a timely manner. Ensuring all members within the organization are following policies and procedures and compliant with Health & Safety regulations. Communicate all relevant objectives and documents to other departments to the appropriate manager through the established process. Qualifications: Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience is required.
