Responsibilities Note:  These responsibilities may vary based on the individual's needs and the care setting.Caregivers play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of those they assist.  Personal Care Assistance Helping clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support as assigned. Meal Preparation  Planning and preparing nutritious meals and accommodating special diets. Medication Reminders Assisting with medication reminders. Companionship and Emotional Support  Providing social interaction, engaging in conversations, and participating in activities to promote mental well-being. Light Housekeeping  Performing light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment. Transportation and Errands Assisting with transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and other errands as needed.
