Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to join our team The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and delivering outstanding service to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, personalized service. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty drinks. Food preparationCatering delivery and setupDishwashingAccurately handle cash, card, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory and restock items as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere. Learn and maintain knowledge of our menu, products, and promotions. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. QualificationsPrevious barista or café experience preferred but not required (training will be provided). Passion for coffee and customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
