ResponsibilitiesAssist the architects and senior team members in project design.Construction detailing and researching appropriate materials.Validate plans with project programs and apply the code analyses prepared by senior architects.Review existing documentation and visit site to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models and visualizations.Actively maintaining and progressing the professional requirements for provincial internship.QualificationsAccredited professional architectural degree from a CACB recognized University.Registration in, or eligibility to register in, a provincial professional internship program.5+ years of relevant experience in an Architectural consulting firm.Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam.Preference given to candidates with knowledge of visualization software (Sketchup, VRay, Enscape); Adobe Creative Suite and Generative Design Tools.Bilingualism (English & French) is considered an assetAbility to obtain Reliability/Secret level security clearanceCompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $80,800 – $107,000MB & ON: $73,700 – $101,500Atlantic Provinces & QC: $73,000 – $96,900Disclosure:The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
