Job Description SummaryAs the Corporate Sustainability Manager, you will lead STEMCELL’s environmental sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulations. If you are passionate about developing and implementing sustainability programs which integrate environment, social and governance goals (ESGs) into core business operations, this position may be for youJob DescriptionDuties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee environmental compliance strategies aligned with corporate goalsProvide guidance and mentorship on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, assigning priorities and ensuring efficient resource allocation across compliance and sustainability projectsOversee tracking of global environmental regulations and governance requirements and communicate associated trends and risksEnsure the company meets regulatory obligations, including documentation, reporting, and audit readinessReview and serve as primary liaison for internal and public sustainability and compliance disclosures, ensuring alignment with global reporting standards and customer requirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field. Selection decisions are solely based on job-related factors.The annual salary for this job ranges from:$98,900.00 - $148,300.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
