However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.About the roleWe’re looking for a Manager, Finance Systems & Transformation (SAS IFRS17) to join our growing teamWhat you’ll do here:Leadership & Team ManagementLead SAS IFRS17 teams and leverage strengths.Train, coach, and develop talent.Boost engagement and performance.Project Management (Agile)Align projects with business strategy.Define scope and objectives; manage resources and dependencies.Deliver on time, on budget, within scope.Stakeholders & InfluenceManage sponsor and stakeholder expectations.Influence and negotiate to secure buy-in.Risk & ReportingIdentify and mitigate risks.Produce dashboards and progress reports.Implementation & ChangeOversee transition and recommend solutions.Support organizational change management.What you bring to the table:Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or any combination of equivalent education and experience in IFRS17 accounting standardsMinimum 8 years of experience managing cross-functional teams.CPA designation or equivelentProject Management Professional certification (PMP) is an assetChartered Insurance Professional certification (CIP) or strong knowledge of P&C insurance is an assetKnowledge of the Agile methodologyKnowledge of SAS IFRS17 system is an assetKnowlege of MS Project, Visio, Office Suite, SharepointIndependent Thinker - Not afraid to challenge the status-quoFast learnerVersatileProficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a plus.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-Hybrid Ce poste jouera un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe. | This position will fill an essential role in our team.
