Job DescriptionAmerican Iron & Metal, has an opening for an enthusiastic individual to fill a General Labourer/Brakeman position at our Transloading Facility in Moncton.  Duties Will Include: Working outside in all weather conditionsPerforming Brakeman duties weighing, placing and shipping rail carsAssist trucks in to the unloading position and helping Operators in small tasks around the heavy equipmentManage the car inventory and keeping track of materialOther general labour duties will applyQualificationsRail 105 considered an assetPrevious recycling experience is considered an assetMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up-to 50lbsMust be able to work independently as well as in a team orientated environmentAbility to work in a loud, dusty environment Additional InformationWe Offer:Full time hours with potential overtime, paid after 44 hoursShifts run Monday - Friday (potential weekends) Competitive wages, pension, benefits offeredAmerican Iron & Metal and its subsidiaries offer equal employment opportunities to everyone.
