Job DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Labourer’s to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of finished products, maintaining company standards, and supporting production processes. Key duties include:Inspect Finished Products: Perform thorough examinations of finished products, ensuring proper height, shape, color, and consistency meet company standards for in-process systems.Quality Control: Conduct block checks, remove defective pieces from pallets or boards, and replace them with quality pieces. Tasks may vary based on the assigned production line, product, or process.Material Handling: Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products efficiently and accurately.Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift, move, and handle heavy materials or products as required by the production process.General Labour: Perform a variety of elemental tasks and other labour-related activities to support production and operational needs.Maintain Cleanliness: Clean machines and immediate work areas to ensure a safe and organized workspace.This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
