This role supports the development, maintenance, and improvement of low-code solutions across the Projects group. Develop your career with one of Canada's Top 100 Employers and join our teamKey Responsibilities Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and proceduresDevelop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to support business operationsBuild and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to improve data visibility and decision-makingSupport integration of Microsoft Copilot to improve user experience and automate routine tasksIdentify and fix application issues in test and production environments, escalating as neededEnsure all production changes follow lifecycle methodology, version control, testing protocols, and risk guidelinesCollaborate with business users to capture requirements, map processes, and find opportunities for automationDocument solution designs, changes, and configurations to maintain system integrity and traceabilityParticipating in project needs assessments and contributes to technical solution design and analysisSupport end-user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing engagementContribute to Power Platform governance and CoE practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise standardsMaintain awareness of platform updates and guidelines, applying them to improve solution quality and performanceQualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years of experience in low-code development, including Power Platform and Power BIFamiliarity with Power Platform CoE, governance, and lifecycle managementExperience with Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, and natural language interfaces is an assetUnderstanding of Azure DevOps, agile methodologies, and ALM practicesGood communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on partner engagementExperience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and business process redesignProficiency in Spanish considered a strong asset Pay Range: CAD $83,000 - $103,000 per yearThe actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
