This opportunity offers an outstanding opportunity to work in a multifaceted environment, where your contributions will drive the organization’s long-term growth and success.Your JobHandle file processing, system entries (Felix, T24, Wave), enforceable documentation, and peer audits with precision.Complete and audit contract modifications and transactions, including bulk and high-value items up to $1MM.Provide expert advice on agreement modifications, manage risk, and minimize financial losses.Conduct audits as required by Felix, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.Deliver clear transaction instructions and manage challenging conversations with a customer-first approach.Identify training needs, streamline processes, and mentor peers on manual tasks and audits.Stay informed on system and policy changes, support software testing, and communicate requirements internally and externally.Your team Within the Equipment Finance sector, you are part of a team of 300+ colleagues across Canada, and you report to the Manager, Client Solutions.
