This role presents an exceptional chance to engage with both technology and legal aspects, collaborating closely with our legal and cybersecurity teams You will be instrumental in guaranteeing our products align with global privacy regulations, leading impactful projects worldwide.What you'll DoDrive the planning and execution of privacy and compliance strategies within Adobe's product portfolio.Collaborate extensively with legal, privacy, and cybersecurity teams to guarantee seamless incorporation of regulatory requirements.Watch and analyze global privacy laws, evaluating how they influence Adobe's offerings.Craft high-quality compliance programs and tools to back product teams.Offer mentorship and training to internal collaborators on privacy and compliance matters.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.What you need to succeedA degree or equivalent experience in Law, Information Technology, or an equivalent, or 5+ years of practical experience.Demonstrated background in privacy and compliance positions within the technology industry.Profound knowledge of global privacy laws and their practical implementation.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.Proficiency in implementing compliance programs and advancing continuous improvement.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
