Loader Operator

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montréal-Est, Quebec, from Friday to Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM. As a Loader Operator, you will carry out various material loading and handling tasks requiring the use of your machine. You will also perform weigh-ins of materials entering and leaving the yard.What you’re responsible for:Operate a loader safely and efficiently;Load and unload raw materials in the different departments;Complete and provide weight reports to the relevant personnel;Notify the supervisor of any material non-conformities;Inspect machinery at the beginning and end of the shift;Feed the production line;Ensure machinery is functioning properly and report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor;Complete a daily activity report;Perform any other related tasks.QualificationsTo join our team: You have a DEP in heavy machinery or 1 to 3 years of experience operating a heavy equipment.You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.You are conscientious about health and safety.You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.You have good communication skills.You are able to work effectively as part of a team.You have knowledge of metals (asset).
