While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the “so-what’s” therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees.3-5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.Workday Adaptive Planning certification.Proficiency in configuring and implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and adaptive integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or CA.Able to lead call with client and help end to end implementation, requirement design testing and support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)May consider candidates with prior experience working with TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, Host Analytics, or Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutionsExperience with Adaptive in both development and administrative rolesStrong understanding of implementation project methodologiesExperience with automation and integrationDemonstrated experience using Excel to design and build complex financial forecasting and planning modelsExcellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to interface with senior level business users and clients Position LevelSenior AssociateCountryCanada
