At ComForCare, we like to celebrate successes and have fun while building meaningful relationships.We’re on the lookout for caring and compassionate team members:• Help others and make a difference in your community.• Build meaningful relationships with your clients.• Flexible schedules are available.What you’ll be doing:• Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client• Following the client’s plan of care.• Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.• Medication reminders for client to self administer• Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shiftsWhat we’re looking for:• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.• Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse• Must be willing to work in a facility environment• CPR certified.• Access to a vehicle• Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.• Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
