We put you first: Flex and connected mode Telemedicine, Group insuranceEmployee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Base salary range for Plant Manager between 150 000 and 185 000 $CAD annually At our facility in Mississauga you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Plant Manager: Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant while ensuring the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and qualityLead compliance with Cascades’ business processes in the plant, in accordance with established business rules and best practices Develop and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, and meet return on investment targetsLead employee relations by fostering engagement, driving talent management initiatives, and providing coaching to support employee development and career growth Establish performance standards (availability, efficiency, OEE) in collaboration with the General Manager Collaborate in the implementation of optimization projects specific to your unitFoster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the sustainability of Lean Manufacturing best practices Bring out the best in yourself Every day, our colleagues choose to respect their true nature by contributing with passion to our mission.
