Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Communicate effectively with insurers to negotiate and secure competitive coverage terms. Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and certificates in a timely manner. Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Assist the broker in client meetings, follow-up communications, and strategic account planning initiatives. Respond to client inquiries with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence.
