Location Name : HAVRE DE L`ESTUAIRE Location City : Rimouski Job Status : Temporary: Full Time Job Schedule : Day time Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position The health services manager plans, directs and controls activities relating to the provision of care and the well-being of residents. It ensures compliance with professional standards as well as regulations for the certification of private seniors’ residences relating to its sector.Temporary position: Day schedule Monday to Friday full time, every other weekend with possibility of permanence. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS/CIUSSS, etc.) Help maintain the relationship of trust with residents' family and friends as well as with various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Proactively assist and support the residents Adhere to standards and legislation in accordance with private seniors' home certification and the code of ethics Provide a range of nursing care and treatments in order to maintain and restore residents health and to help prevent illness Respond to all emergency situations The ideal person has : Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills Good adaptability and tolerance to stress Good analytical skills, good judgment Good listening skills Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions Mobilizing leadership Patience and empathy Rigor Required qualifications : Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing Experience in personnel management A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software Member of the OIIAQ What will you be offered : Cellular provided Computer is provided Uniform provided Free parking Sick days and time off for family obligations Floating days off Social leave Vacation Human management approach Challenging opportunities, up to your ambitions Consistent schedule Welcome and integration Program Recognition program COGIR Real Estate promotes access to equality in employment.
