Your primary focus will be to work closely with their team to thoughtfully develop and refine inclusive gender policies that will have a meaningful impact at both the community level and within various institutions. This collaborative effort will aim to promote gender equality and ensure that diverse perspectives are considered in policy-making processes, ultimately contributing to a more equitable society.As a volunteer, you will:Conduct an analysis and evaluation of the Draft Institutional Diagnosis.Review and amend the Draft Institutional Policy on Gender and the Institutional Strategic Plan to ensure alignment of normative instruments.Develop a Training Plan targeted at both community members and the organization's staff.Essential Requirements:A university degree in social sciences, economics, international development, or relevant experience in a related field is required.Essential Background:Familiarity and experience with Gender Equality,Proficiency in planning, administrative processes, and strategic design, along with prior involvement in planning activities,Expertise in research, teaching, training, and facilitation,Experience in utilizing participatory approaches and tools,Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team environment.What’s in it for YOU?
