You will provide technical expertise and guidance in evaluating, selecting, and implementing server infrastructure solutions, and ensuring the security, availability, performance and scalability of the infrastructure.Responsibilities:Assists with design of server infrastructure solutions, including, but not limited to, Windows, Exchange, Linux, Azure, and/or other cloud technologies to meet the organization's requirements for performance, scalability, security, and availability.Leads the implementation and deployment of server infrastructure solutions, including configuration, provisioning, and automation of virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and other infrastructure components. Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.Monitors, analyzes, and optimizes the performance, utilization, and capacity of server infrastructure components. Identifies and resolves performance and scalability issues, and proactively recommends improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the infrastructure.Collaborates with security teams to ensure the server infrastructure is secure and compliant with organizational and industry standards. Implements security controls, encryption, and access controls to protect data and prevent unauthorized access.Assumes responsibility for Capacity, Availability and/or Lifecycle planning of Server Infrastructure.Provides Level 3 technical expertise and troubleshooting support for server infrastructure incidents and problems. Investigates and diagnoses issues, proposes and implements solutions, and documents resolutions.Creates and maintains documentation, including As-Built documents, configuration guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
