An international Canadian company, operating in over 90 countries and specializing in metal recycling, is looking for an Internal Communications Advisor to join their team in Montréal-Est.
Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will help develop and lead the Internal Communications function. Working closely with the Human Resources Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communications and projects related to employee engagement and recognition.

Responsibilities

• Create impactful and innovative content: Write and design various communication materials (newsletters, posters, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with the marketing team.
Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent writing skills, with strong attention to content and presentation.
• Proficiency in digital tools, including Microsoft SharePoint.
