We value innovation, teamwork, and quality in everything we do. The RoleWe are looking for a Payroll & HR and/or Accounting Administrator to join our head office team in Swift Current. This role is key to ensuring our employees are supported through accurate payroll, effective benefits administration, and smooth HR and accounting processes. It's an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess bi-weekly Canadian payroll, including remittances and reconciliationsManage employee benefits programs and absence trackingPrepare annual T4s, WCB filings, and monthly payroll reports for managementMaintain timekeeping systems for payroll and costingSupport HR and accounting tasks as requiredQualifications2+ years of payroll or related experienceKnowledge of payroll processes and employment standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and WordStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with discretion and confidentialityAssetsCertified Payroll Manager (CPM), Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designationExperience with multiple payrolls or multi-division organizationsReady to Join S3?We offer competitive wages, benefits, and RRSP matching, along with opportunities to keep learning and advancing.
