Powering Productivity at Home Our Facilities and Equipment Operators inspect, repair and provide preventative maintenance programs for fire safety equipment, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, low voltage and plumbing systems, building envelope and related equipment and grounds maintenance. Led by the Supervisor, Facilities and Equipment, this opportunity will suit someone thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys problem-solving and appreciates the satisfaction of keeping operations running smoothly. Shift available: Night Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00pm – 7:00am Ready to make an impact? Here’s how: Diagnose problems, repair and maintain building equipment including docks, racking, HVAC Fire systems, boilers (pumps and motors), fans and fume hoods, pump trucks and hand carts. Maintain and complete minor repairs on, plumbing and fixtures, doors and windows, walls, roofing and flooring, and painting. Support fabrication of miscellaneous items not governed under CWB certifications.  Operate outside gas-powered equipment to support snow and grounds maintenance.  Perform minor rough carpentry.  Support conveyor preventative maintenance and assist with repairing and setting up for maintenance jobs. We’re looking for: Certified technician or graduate in a related field would be considered an asset. Experience in minor welding and fabrication using band saws, welding equipment, drill press and grinders. Experience in mechanical and hydraulic system repairs Ability to preform minor rough carpentry. Ability to interpret schematics and manuals for proper maintenance. Ability to work at heights on mezzanines and aerial work platforms. A valid Driver’s License is required.
