Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Solutions Architect

Description :Job Overview A hands-on Senior Solution Architect MS Dynamic F&O with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves working with different cross functional IT teams and business partners to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive solutions that meet business needs. This role requires strong technical leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep experience and understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O. This role is eligible to work remote from anywhere in Canada. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000. Essential Duties Solution Design and Implementation:Design and architect solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop high level technical specifications, and translate them into technical solutions.Conduct gap analysis and develop architecture documentation.Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams.Ensure best practices in coding, design, and architecture are followed.Oversee the development and implementation of integrations with other systems.Customization and Configuration:Customize and configure applications to meet business needs.Develop custom modules, reports, and workflows as required.Conduct workshops and training sessions for both technical and business team members.Documentation and Training:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations.Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.System Integration:Design and implement integration solutions with third-party systems.Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.Manage and troubleshoot integration issues.Implementation and Deployment:Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.Guide and support project teams during the design, development, and deployment phases.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.Support project cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post go-live activities.Collaborate with the Business Analysts in requirements gathering, prototyping and requirements validation. Analyze and verify technical requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and testability.Data Migration Best Practices:Lead data migration activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Other duties as assigned.Travel as required.Skills, Experience, Education, CertificationsAt least 7 years of Information Technology related work experience in a professional environment.Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Bachelor’s degree required, master’s in computer science or equivalent preferred.Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is required; Certified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert is preferred.Strong knowledge of Power Platform technologies and integration techniques.Proven ability to lead technical teams and projects.Excellent communication and documentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members.Experienced in Agile software development methodologies, source control, and automated testing and deployment.Knowledge about Retail systems, including point-of-sales, warehousing / distribution, and merchandising systems.Familiar with Azure services and cloud architecture.Ability to self-start, eager to learn.
