Pension & Benefits Progressive wage increases  Uniforms & competitive boot allowance Growth progression available Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repairs to the Dufferin Concrete & Ontario Redimix fleet of vehicles. Job Responsibilities: Perform inspections, diagnosis, & repair ready-mix trucks through preventative & scheduled maintenance. Perform removal, rework and installation of various engine and chassis components. Use leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns. Order required parts and maintaining parts inventory. Document repairs on work orders and complete inspections sheets as required. Communicate with operations and supervisory staff on availability of equipment. Prioritize jobs and work safely on all equipment. Follow shop procedures and company policies relating to use of shop and Occupational Health & Safety regulations. All other duties as required. Requirements: Registered as a 310T Truck and Coach Technician Apprentice Currently at Level 3 (Advanced) of the apprenticeship program. Progress toward completion of 6,000 hours on-the-job training and 720 hours in-school training (240 hours per level). Valid class ‘G’ Driver’s License. Ability to preform advanced tasks, including diagnostics, electronic systems, and complex repairs. Strong interpersonal skills with a safety-first approach.
