'Licensed' Condominium Property Manager

If you are looking to contribute to an experienced, supportive, energizing and dedicated team, are licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta ('RECA') to manage condominiums and have a commitment to be the best you can be by managing your accounts, we would like to invite you to join us in discussing your passion in the condominium management industry.

Qualifications for Condominium Property Managers on our team are as follows:

MUST be Licensed through the RECA to manage condominiums.

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
  • Must have completed the 'Fundamentals of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA.
  • Must be either enrolled in, or have completed the 'Practice of Condominium Management' course offered by RECA.
  • You must love dealing with people
  • Problem solving along with strong organizational and negotiating skills is what will make you successful.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
  • Must have a vehicle and be able to travel between properties within your portfolio, within Edmonton and surrounding areas, on a weekly basis.
  • You will have crazy hours dealing with homeowners largest asset ever.

Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
