You will handle diverse situations, ensuring fast and effective problem resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues at client sites (≈70%). Perform regular maintenance under annual service contracts (≈10%). Install new IT systems, both hardware and software, for new clients (≈20%). Provide advice and recommendations based on your assessments during visits. Act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients with solutions, improvements and best practices. Participate in the deployment of new technologies and ensure quality follow-ups.We are looking for a candidate who: Has solid experience in IT support and field service work. Is comfortable traveling to client sites daily (vehicle required - Montreal & surrounding areas). Communicates clearly and professionally with clients. Shows autonomy, initiative and problem-solving ability. Is resourceful and confident when handling on-site interventions.
