Job Description FLINT is seeking dual ticketed Journeyperson Electricians & Instrumentation Technicians for a long-term, permanent Fly-In/Fly-Out (FIFO) opportunity based in Hay River, NT, starting january, 2026 This position follows a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule. The successful candidate will perform operational tasks, with training provided on-site. Company-provided accommodation will be arranged in a shared contractor condo, offering a comfortable living environment. Benefits are available after 300+ hours worked.Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and control valves.Support small projects, upgrades, and system modifications as needed.Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals.Follow all OH&S, Client, and FLINT safety policies, including LOTO procedures.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure reliable plant performance.Provide occasional after-hours support and maintain safety documentation and KPIs.Additionally, you will enjoy: 14 days on and 14 days off schedule.Accommodation will be provided in companies condo. Qualifications Valid Journeyperson Electricians & Instrumentation Technicians ticket (Must be Dual Ticketed)4+ years in industrial or maintenance electrical workStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, automation, and process controlsSkilled at troubleshooting electrical/instrumentation issues safelyPhysically capable of demanding tasks in varied conditionsProficient in English (written and verbal)Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with clean 5-year abstract ( Ability to pass pre-employment and annual random Alcohol & Drug testing.Must successfully meet background check requirements.Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:CSTS/PSTH2S AliveConfined SpaceFall ArrestAWP - Man lift trainingForklift/Telehandler ticket: nice to have Additional Information This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
